Management Trainee (Sales)

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee under Business Development Team to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for fresh graduates eager to develop a successful career while gaining international exposure. As a management trainee, you will focus more on sustainable growth strategies, partnerships, and market expansion rather than direct sales transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support & Strategy Execution

  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of sales strategies, including generating leads, managing customer accounts, and handling sales inquiries.
  • Supporting the development and execution of business development strategies, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Helping to align business development efforts with company goals and sales objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand business challenges from different regions.
  • Developing relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders (investors, suppliers, etc.).
  • Attending networking events and industry conferences to build connections that can lead to partnerships.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Identifying new markets, business trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Conducting SWOT analyses (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to understand where the business can grow.

Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitoring and reporting on progress of sales performance/business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Preparing regular reports and analyses for senior management to track business growth and identify areas for improvement.

Training & Development

  • Participating in internal training sessions to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities.

Global Exposure

  • Work on international projects and collaborate with teams across different regions
  • Gain insights into global sales strategies and cross-cultural client management
  • Potential opportunities for overseas assignments, networking, and long-term career expansion in international markets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT from a recognized institution
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience required
  • Passion for technology, sales, and business development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with examine a problem from different angles to understand its root cause and identify potential solutions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
