Joe Chng
Joe ist der geschäftsführende Vorsitzende und CEO von B2BE. Er gründete das Unternehmen im Jahr 1998 in Australien. Innerhalb von 2 Jahrzehnten hat er das Unternehmen erfolgreich zu einer globalen Organisation mit Niederlassungen in Asien, ANZ, Europa und Amerika ausgebaut. Heute ist B2BE die Nr. 1 auf dem australischen und neuseeländischen Markt.
Joe hat einen Bachelor of Science mit Auszeichnung in Informatik von der Monash University.
Daniel Tung

Daniel Tung
As the Chief Customer Success Officer, Daniel leads the customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies. With a strong focus on seamless adoption and value realization, he ensures customers maximize the benefits of B2BE’s solutions.
Since joining B2BE in 2012, Daniel has overseen numerous EDI implementation projects and spearheaded initiatives such as developing a warranty and credit portal for a major international power tool manufacturer. His expertise spans finance, operations, and supply chains, allowing him to drive customer success across diverse industries.
Before B2BE, Daniel worked across New Zealand, Malaysia, Brazil, China, Indonesia, and Australia, gaining a global perspective on business operations. He began his career in finance before transitioning into operational roles in downstream timber processing.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting and Computer Science, from Monash University in Melbourne. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course whenever possible.

Joe Pettit
In seiner Rolle als COO ist Joe für den Verkauf und die Lieferung aller B2BE-Produkte in Europa und Nordamerika verantwortlich.
Joe kam ursprünglich 2015 als General Manager zu B2BE in Großbritannien, wo er direkt mit lokalen Kunden zusammenarbeitete, um EDI- und Finanz-Workflow-Projekte durchzuführen. Seitdem hat er ähnliche Aufgaben in Europa und Nordamerika übernommen, wo er nach wie vor mit Kunden und Interessenten an der Transformation von Finanz- und Lieferkettenprozessen arbeitet.
Mit mehr als 12 Jahren Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von Dokumentenmanagement-, Transaktionsverarbeitungs- und Finanz-Workflow-Lösungen verfügt Joe über einen großen Erfahrungsschatz und eine große Leidenschaft dafür, B2BE-Kunden bei der Umgestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen zu unterstützen, die notwendig sind, um rationalisiert und wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben.
Joe lebt im Vereinigten Königreich und wenn er nicht im Büro ist, unterstützt er sein geliebtes Gloucester Rugby.
Jeff Martin

Jeff Martin
In seinen mehr als 25 Jahren in der IT-Branche hat Jeff viele Positionen bekleidet, unter anderem als Software Development Manager, Technical Manager und Solution Architect. Die meiste Zeit seiner Karriere hat er für IT-Lösungsanbieter gearbeitet, die sich auf SaaS-basierte EDI- und Prozessautomatisierungslösungen und -systeme spezialisiert haben.
Jeff kam im Jahr 2012 zu B2BE, als B2BE den führenden EDI-Anbieter in Neuseeland übernahm. Im Jahr 2019 wurde er zum CTO ernannt und beaufsichtigt die globalen Lösungsentwicklungsteams sowie die internen und externen System- und Hosting-Teams. Jeff war maßgeblich daran beteiligt, dass B2BE die ISO 27001-Zertifizierung erhielt, wobei sein Schwerpunkt auf der Informationssicherheit und dem Datenschutz lag und seine Erfahrung in diesem Bereich von unschätzbarem Wert war.
Jeff lebt in Auckland, Neuseeland, und wenn er nicht arbeitet, ist er ein begeisterter Motorsportfan und feuert die All Blacks an.
Chong Chee Yin
Chief Operation Officer
Chong Chee Yin
Chee Yin, as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of B2BE, is responsible for overseeing project delivery and supporting B2BE’s products and solutions.
He initially joined B2BE as a Technical Manager and advanced through various roles within the organization, including General Manager of Shared Services, General Manager of Service Delivery, and Chief Information Officer. During his tenure from 2007 to 2017, he led and managed B2BE’s IT infrastructure and multiple business functions, including shared service offices, the software development team, customer support, and consultancy.
Before rejoining B2BE in 2021 as Chief Innovation Officer—tasked with exploring business models in the Fintech space—he served as Group Chief Information Officer for MNRB Group. In this role, he provided strategic vision and leadership in developing and implementing IT initiatives for the Group, which comprises leading wholesale providers of reinsurance, retakaful, and two takaful operators.
Gary Liow
Chief Financial Officer
Gary Liow
Gary joined B2BE in 2007 as a Finance Manager at the PJ office in Malaysia. In January 2025, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing the full spectrum of finance, administration, contract management, and compliance across B2BE Group’s international operations. His key responsibilities include regulatory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and strategic analysis.
Gary played a pivotal role in the successful acquisitions of ECN Group in New Zealand and SPFI in the Netherlands, contributing to B2BE’s global expansion.
He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, from Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne). After three years of professional experience in Malaysia, he earned memberships with CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Before joining B2BE, Gary gained extensive financial expertise as an auditor at a Big Four firm and held roles as a Costing Executive, Accountant, and Finance Manager in various corporate sectors in Malaysia. His diverse experience enables him to drive financial efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth within B2BE.
